Select a country to explore its rifles, ammunition, equipment, and documents.
Relics & Rifles is organized by country to make browsing straightforward and historically grounded. Each country hub acts as a curated “shelf” of items documented in a consistent museum-style format, including markings, period context, and provenance notes when known.
If you are looking for a fast way to explore, start with a country below, then use the site navigation to jump into Artifacts (rifles, ammunition, documents) and Field Gear (equipment and personal items), or review treatment logs in the Restoration Lab. The goal is simple: preserve the historical story of each piece with clear photos and practical research notes, without turning the page into a sales listing or a generic overview.
What you will typically find on item pages:
- Specifications for the object and key identifiers (model, era, materials, dimensions when recorded).
- Historical Summary that places the item in context (issue, usage, and timeframe).
- Collector Notes that highlight variants, markings, and common points of confusion.
- Provenance where available (purchase notes, family history, import status, or chain of custody).
- Photos with captions so details are preserved and easy to reference later.
These country hubs are intentionally curated. Items are added as they are documented with photos and research notes. If you have a question about a specific marking or variant, the Resources & Contact page lists reference sites used during research and how to reach the archive.
